OUR 99-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

At Aplusgifts™, we pour love into every design and stand by their quality. From the moment your order arrives, our 99-day guarantee begins, ensuring you get nothing less than the best. Our team checks each treasure before it ships, but we know you’re the final judge—so please take a peek at our product details before ordering. If anything’s off, we’ve got you covered for 99 days from delivery!


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to tweak or cancel your order?
Changed your mind? No worries! Just let us know within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@aplusgifts.com with your order number and what you’d like to change. We’ll confirm once it’s updated or canceled.

  • Within 2 hours: You’re free to modify or cancel.
  • After 2 hours: Your order’s locked in for crafting and shipping.

A Little Heads-Up:
Personalized items start being made right after you order, so adjustments might not always be possible. Double-check your details before hitting that button—especially during busy holiday times when things might take a tad longer (though we’ll always try our best to keep it quick!).


FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

We’re all about bringing you back—not our products! If something’s not right, you don’t need to send it back; keep it and let us fix things with a replacement or refund.

For 99 days from delivery, we’ll take full responsibility if your item is:

  • Damaged, defective, or not working as it should
  • Not what you ordered or different from your confirmation email
  • Lost or undelivered (as long as the shipping address was spot on)

You choose—a replacement or a refund! Just drop us a line at support@aplusgifts.com with clear photos/videos and a quick note about the issue. Our Happiness Team will handle it within 48 hours, because your smile is our priority.


NON-QUALITY RETURNS

If it’s not a quality issue but you’d still like a return (maybe it’s just not your vibe anymore), we’ve got a plan for that too:

  1. Reach out to us at support@aplusgifts.com within 99 days of delivery to start the process and get the return address.
  2. Cover the return shipping cost and share the tracking info with us.
  3. Once we receive it, we’ll process a 70% refund (a 30% crafting fee applies for personalized goodies).

SHIPPING COSTS & PROCESSING TIME

  • Quality Issues: No need to return—just show us the evidence, and we’ll cover the refund or replacement.
  • Other Returns: You’ll handle the shipping cost back to us.

Give us 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. Once it’s scanned into our warehouse, your refund will hit your original payment method within 3-5 business days. (Note: Shipping fees aren’t refundable for non-quality returns.)


WHEN WE CAN’T OFFER A REFUND

We hate to disappoint, but these cases aren’t covered:

  • Requests after 99 days from delivery
  • Change of heart during shipping or after arrival
  • Damage from mishandling
